Cooltra does not have an office at the station – it is only a meeting point where we will come and meet you at the time of the delivery. The location of the meeting point is under the bridge in front of the main entrance of Renfe.
Deliveries are available from 10:30 to 19:30 every day and have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Please, inform us via email which helmet size(s) (from XS to XL) you need. In case you need two helmets, we recommend including a top case in your reservation.
As a general rule, we will wait 15 minutes for you at the meeting point. Therefore, it is important that Cooltra is informed about possible delays or changes either

How can I get to the shop?
Normally, after making a reservation the shop employees will send you a document with step by step description of the meeting point destination. If the document was not received – please, request it via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Cooltra employee will meet you under the bridge in front of Renfe entrance.
